Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To start a return, email support@buneekpets.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order included Free Shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund for change-of-mind returns.

We replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost.
